Knowledge & poetry

This online group takes place over three meetings. It is suited to those who don’t have a regular writing practice but who are curious to express and reflect on their experiences in written form.

Using methods from narrative therapy, we will move through a three-stage guided process that identifies the personal strengths and valuable insights to be found in your autobiography. Image, metaphor, symbol and voice will be introduced as tools to express and narrate your life knowledge.

This session is suited to older adults and welcomes and values all ages, abilities, genders and sexualities. After the meetings you’ll be invited to contribute to an optional group publication.
